Venison Tenderloin Pepper Steaks
Ingredients:
1 lb. Red Barn Venison steaks, sliced 1/2" thick
1 Tsp. Adobe Season Salt
1/4 cup olive oil
12 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 large onion, sliced
1 green pepper, cut into chunks
1 red pepper, cut into chunks
1/4 cup soy sauce
Directions:
Sprinkle venison with Adobe season salt and set aside. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add mushrooms and onion and stir fry until onion is transparent. Add red and green pepper and stir fry for two minutes. Drop tenderloin slices into hot skillet and fry quickly just until juices come to the top of meat. Turn and fry 1 minute more. Add soy sauce, reduce heat to medium and cook uncovered for 5 minutes. Serve with white rice.
